Welcome to Waza. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they form the basis of your relationship with Waza.

1. Definitions

  • Waza: The platform that organizes logistics and acts as an intermediary between customers and local laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning service providers.

  • Service Provider: Local laundry and dry-cleaning businesses responsible for performing the services.

  • Customer: The individual placing an order through Waza's platform for laundry, ironing, and/or dry-cleaning services.

2. Waza’s Service Offering

Waza provides a digital platform where customers can place orders for laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning services. We:

  • Forward orders to selected local service providers.

  • Organize the logistical aspects of the process, such as scheduling pick-up and delivery times.

  • Process payments on behalf of the service providers.

Please note: Waza is only responsible for the coordination of logistics and payment. The actual provision of services (washing, ironing, or cleaning) is entirely performed by the service providers.

3. Liability

  • Service Provider Responsibility: All services are carried out by external service providers. They are responsible for the care and handling of items entrusted to them. This means any damage to clothing or other items is the responsibility of the respective service provider.

  • Damage Claims: In case of damage to your clothing or other items, you must address your claim directly to the service provider who processed your order. Waza acts solely as an intermediary and accepts no liability for any damage, loss, discoloration, or other defects to your items.

  • Maximum Refund by Waza: In cases where Waza facilitates damage claims, the maximum refund provided by Waza is limited to €250 per item and €500 per order. Any additional claims must be submitted directly to the respective service provider.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed by Waza on behalf of the service provider. By placing an order, you authorize us to process the payment for the selected services.

  • Payments are charged at the time the order is placed. The service provider will receive the agreed amount once the service has been completed.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • An order can be canceled or modified as long as it has not yet been picked up by the service provider. Cancellations or changes must be made in a timely manner through the platform or via email.

  • If an order has already been picked up, it cannot be canceled, and full charges will apply.

6. Complaints Procedure

  • Any complaints about the services provided by a service provider must be addressed directly with the service provider in question. Waza may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving complaints.
